CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION POLICY

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email us at support@uniquegifts365.com as soon as possible with your order number and the requested changes. We will send you a confirmation once your request has been processed.

Time Frame: Orders can ONLY be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placement. Beyond this 2-hour window, your order enters processing and can no longer be changed or canceled.

Please Note:

• Cancellation Fee: A 20% processing and transaction fee (of the total order value) applies to all canceled orders.
• Design Modifications: Requesting design changes may extend production time, which could delay your delivery.
